In our Original Slime Workshop, kids will dive into a hands-on slime-making adventure! Wether you are looking for things to do over the weekend, art & caft or indoor activities for the kids, Gootopia will never disappoint! Book near you, Gootopia workshops now offered at 14 locations across the UK!

Each session begins with a gooey slime science show, exploring the wonders of slime and sharing fascinating, slimy facts. After the engaging and educational kickoff children will make and customize their own slime by choosing from a wide range of colors, mix-ins, scents, and textures.

For the grand finale, all children collaborate to create a GIANT slime, an unforgettable experience that everyone will remember. Every child leaves with two pots of slime to take home, making it a perfect choice for family days out filled with fun and creativity, designed for all abilities!"

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, as Gootopia staff are not responsible for supervision. Some branches charge £2.50 for accompanying adults (max 2) - adults do not participate in slime making.

Our workshops can be busy and noisy, especially during school holidays. Most sites host up to 28 kids with two staff, and we encourage children to make their slime independently. For a quieter experience, enquire for a Quiet & Calm workshop or contact us to find out less busy times.

Our Glow in the Dark Slime workshop has the same set up as the original slime workshop with additional glow powder, mix-ins, and scents, with four colours to choose from.

Looking for things to do with toddlers? Join us for a crafty adventure where your little ones can create their own unique slime. This activty designed for children (age 3 - 5 years), to improve their fine motor skills trough hands-on, sensory experiences.

A stretching, squishing art & craft while exploring colours and textures, our messy play is a fully engaging activity for preschoolers!

Parents or carers must accompany their children as most of them will need a helping hand. Led by our friendly and experienced team, children will enjoy making their own slime and joining in with our giant slime activity and engaging games – all at a pace that suits them.
These sessions offer a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, with smaller group sizes and a slower pace to help everyone feel comfortable and included.

This half term, we’re blasting slime-making into outer space! Join us for an out-of-this-world workshop where children will create their own Galactic Goo — a cosmic slime with a soft, stretchy texture inspired by distant nebulae and alien planets.
They’ll customise their slime using shimmering galaxy glitter, space-themed mix-ins, and a full spread of cosmic sprinkles to make every creation truly unique. To finish, they can add interstellar-inspired scents — Cherry Comit and Cosmic Cola— transforming each pot into a one-of-a-kind slime from another universe!

Available anytime during our opening hours, these sessions offer you the chance to craft your own unique slime from scratch. For just £8.99, our slime experts will guide you through the process, providing all the necessary ingredients including glue, powder, activator, paint, glitter, scent, and rainbow sprinkle charms (with the option to purchase additional mix-ins for just £1). There's no need to book in advance – simply turn up and start creating! The whole experience typically takes around 10-15 minutes, making it a perfect quick and enjoyable activity for all ages.
