REFUNDs, RETURNS, TERMS & PRIVACY

PARTY, WORKSHOP & EVENTS

Parties - Up to 14 days before your party, you can transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability. Bookings are non-refundable.

Workshops - Workshop tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date. If you miss your session you will be required to purchase another ticket.

School & corporate bookings - up to 7 days before your event, you can transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability. Bookings are non-refundable.

VISITING GOOTOPIA- TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For workshops, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be admitted and will need to purchase new tickets. This is to ensure the experience runs smoothly for all participants.
Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Our parties and workshops include energetic activities such as giant slime making, which may result in minor accidents. Participation is entirely at your own risk.
While our slime ingredients are child-safe and non-toxic, they may cause discomfort if they come into contact with eyes or open wounds. Gootopia cannot accept liability for any reactions or injuries.
Aprons are provided, but children should wear clothing and footwear suitable for messy play. Gootopia is not liable for damage to clothing or personal property.
All personal belongings are brought at your own risk. Gootopia accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage.
Long hair must be tied back during all activities for safety and hygiene reasons.
By attending, you agree to these terms and confirm that your child is participating voluntarily.

At Gootopia, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason. To cancel, please contact us in writing via email at hello@gootopia.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

To be eligible for a full refund:

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

You must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of notifying us.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll offer you a replacement, repair or full refund.

Your order number

A description of the issue

A photo of the item (if relevant)

In these cases, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Opened tubs or packets of slime

Used or unsealed kits

Items personalised or made to order

Exchanges
We don’t currently offer product exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
