Gootopia Birthday Parties are incredible, hands-on fun for slime fans aged 3 upwards IMPORTANT NOTE • You can also email, call or text/WhatsApp us to book your party rather than booking through the website. • If you don't see the time and date you want, just get in touch. • Package includes up to 10 children (extra children can be added for £15 per child -pay at the venue on the day). • Our £299 Party Package is also available on weekdays and includes up to 20 children - contact us to book. Please note that our Wandsworth venue will be relocating to a new bigger & better unit at Southside at the end of April. This new unit is situated on the 1st floor, adjacent to the cinema. OUR £199 PARTY PACKAGE INCLUDES: • Friendly, experienced Slime Party leaders to run the party (leaving you to relax!) • Each guest goes away with two jars of slime - one they've made themselves, and a jar of the giant slime the group make together. • Everybody gets to make their own individual slime from scratch. Plus, everybody works together to make a GIANT slime. • Each party starts with our fun Slime Show where we learn about slime science and discover the world's weirdest slimes. • You can choose Original Slime or Glow Slime workshops. Our Original Slime recipe gives you lots of colour choices, mix-ins such as glitter, foam beads and shaving foam, plus scents like bubblegum. Our Glow Slime includes fewer mix-ins, but a chance to make your slime glow! • We allow 15 minutes after the party for cake (not provided) and singing happy birthday. Parties usually start at 4.30pm but let us know if you want to start at a different time. ​ ​​Party Timings 4.30pm - Guests arrive (aprons on) 4.45pm - 5.45pm - Slime Party 5.45pm - 6.00pm - Cut cake/Sing Happy Birthday (optional) 6.00pm - Party ends/ Parents collect Important: Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult who is fully responsible for the child's supervision and safety at these times. Gootopia staff are not liable for child supervision. Parents or guardians should ensure children behave appropriately. Disruptive behaviour may lead to being asked to leave to preserve a positive environment for all. Terms & Conditions • Arrive 15 minutes prior to the workshop's scheduled start time. • Entry is not permitted for arrivals more than 15 minutes after the workshop has begun. • Late arrivals will need to purchase a new ticket for a subsequent session. • Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Workshop tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date. If you miss your session you will be required to purchase another ticket. Party bookings - up to 14 days before your party, you can transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability. Bookings are non-refundable. School & corporate bookings - up to 7 days before your event, you can transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability. Bookings are non-refundable. Product Safety: All ingredients used in our slime-making are child-safe. However, participation is at the attendees' own risk. Property Damage: Slime may come into contact with clothes or personal items. Gootopia accepts no liability for any damage or staining. Personal Safety: Ingredients may occasionally contact eyes or open wounds, typically remedied by washing with warm water. Gootopia holds no liability for any resulting discomfort or injury. Activity Risks: Our workshops may include lively activities, such as a giant slime making, where children may run and engage in boisterous play. While we prioritise safety, accidents like slipping may occur. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Store Safety: Our stores may have staircases. We urge guardians to accompany children on stairs and exercise caution. Gootopia is not responsible for accidents in these areas.
